Guests do not flee from dangerous animals if they enter a habitat without going through a guest gate. Likewise for paths above a habitat.
I do this often in my franchise zoos and the guests tend to love it. Just be sure the animal areas are separated from the guest areas or things get a bit messy with the game having random issues.
From what I see of your habitat things should be good. Have fun and keep pushing the limits!
