Guests can't see through glass
I've made a few custom fences. My guests can't see through none of the construction glass pieces cause I've tried them all. They also can't see through mesh or through one-way glass from the construction menu.
Is this a known bug? On G search I found it only 3-4 years ago.

The animals don't recognize an old custom fence (which I used previously for a mixed savanna with elephants) and go right through it.

Also the modular shop is bugged since Christmas for me. It doesn't crash the game like in December, but it doesn't have any profit either.

EDIT: I've finally managed to find a glass wall through which the guests can see. It has a grid on it, so it's not remotely as beautiful as the plain ones.

That's interesting. Many of the custom parts don't have 'clipping' so guests simply walk through them! Odd that you say they cannot see through them because they act as if they are not there.

Adding many products to the shelves helps increase profits. (I have one fully stocked saved as a blueprint.) As does increasing the prices as they get more popular. But take note of the item that's defaulted to sell at a large loss. Change that price right away. There's often times when vendors don't return. Make sure there's always one there, even if you have to employ another.

Have you verified game files recently? Always the first step when steam games act up.

Yes, of course I did. Truth is that I've had a lot of bugs since last Christmas, when it was unplayable for me. I also did a fresh install because of that and started a new franchise to be sure. It's also the only game with game breaking bugs on my computer (that I know of).

Hey there,

I'd recommend sending us a support ticket via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new so that our team can take a look.

There's a very odd process you have for reporting bugs.
My advice for your future games, if you really want people to send you bug reports: put a Report bugs button in your game or give people an email where they can send their bugged save. Everybody hates bureaucracy.
For sure the devs can't replicate my problem in the game without my save, and I tell you this as a former game dev. Your standard form for bugs report doesn't let me send my save file. My computer configuration is not important for the bugs I have.

Especially that link, that seems to be nothing to do with reporting a bug. Seems to be more of an advert for games on Steam! I doubt they will place an easy way to report a bug via the game, because they would have to hire 1000s of staff to process them!

I'm having the same problem. I built a habitat with mesh construction pieces and figured out the guest couldn't see through it. I rebuilt it with barrier mesh--they still couldn't see through. I changed it to barrier glass--still no.

I 100% know people could see through barrier mesh and barrier glass before, in this same park.
