List of "symptoms" while this is happening.
- Camera moves on it's own, have to press same direction camera is moving and it'll temporarily stop but may or may not begin again while moving around camera with WASD
- Unable to press most/all keys, even escape
- unable to/barely able to rotate camera with scroll wheel, it moves very very slowly or not at all
- Mouse icon disappears
This occurs while I am building 90% of the time.
In my experience, I figured out that this only happens at some point after I've opened the ingame steam menu (Shift-Tab) to look at the workshop or something. It's not instant, usually taking like 15-30 minutes before the bug occurs.
Since I realized that, whenever I want to open the workshop while I'm ingame I just alt-tab out instead and I haven't experienced this bug ever since
Also noticing that some background apps in windows 11 can sort of rob control of planet zoo. Be sure to disable all background apps when playing PZ.
