After Barnyard Animal Pack (One More DLC)

It has been confirmed there will be one more DLC after Barnyard Animal Pack.

According to Leaf, this next one's going to be an Animal Pack. If they go back to their original formula (7 habitat species, 1 exhibit species), then we'll have 15 new animals before the end of 2024, which sort of debunks my idea of two more DLCs before year's end. I heard other YouTuber, DeLadySigner, mention a few months back that she heard Frontier was playing with the idea of having a total of 200 animals. If only one more DLC comes out, then we'd have only 195 total species. And if they choose to do another anniversary animal for a free update, then we'd just get 196.

Who knows what this pack will look like or what their ultimate plan is? I kinda hope they don't stop at one more, but I'm just trying to stay optimistic.

I sort of think sales for the next quarter will be an influence on any more dlc being produced. kind of the way they do with elite dangerous and f1 manager.

Will there be a PZ 2? There's a lot that could be done to make it more realistic, but it would need a total software revamp. Just a few examples. Zoo staff often ride around on all sorts of vehicles. And there could be some other way to feed the dangerous animals, rather than going in with them! To clean dangerous animal habitats and do repairs, the animals are usually locked up for the night as well, in fact trained to. Too realistic? Good!

If they did another "mixed species" walkthrough habitat, we could push the that count potentially to 200, assuming 5 species in the walkthrough. Of course, that opens the door to birds or aquatics, which I feel confident at this point is NOT happening in the first iteration of the game.

I'm in favor of something poetic along the first DLC being A (Arctic) and the last DLC being Z (i.e. Zookeeper Favorites Pack). It allows them to kindof have a generalized pack to round things off. I'd also consider something like an Exhibit pack just overall improving the variation of the exhibits (size, depth, etc), as well as the animals within them (seriously, most of the exhibit animals are the exact same thing and I know there are ample plethoras of vibrant variations. The problem with this pack is it's not really "enticing", so it would need a real jawdropping reason to want to buy it. So I think looking at the numbers, the wants, and the realistic chance of what we'd get: something either Latin American, or an "Arboreal" pack of tree-dwelling critters. There's a huge push for primates, and there's plenty of other animals in the trees that we don't have in games (aside from birds).

I would say that when the last DLC comes out they will do a bigger pack with probably like 15 to 20 animals instead of their normal 8 for an animalpack.

My guess indeed is something like a Zookeeper collection or favorite collection where they can sort of put the most wanted animals from the meta wishlist into. Like some kind of tree kangaroo, some kind of baboon, spectacled bears, secratary birds, a kind of coati, howler monkey, if it's possible a kind of manatee, musk ox and walrus. Also a few less asked for species could be added, Ocelot, rhea's, mara's and pallas cat.

Whats also a idea of mine is something like a primate pack. In my opinion the game lacks a bit of primates. I would say that a primate pack would be a 'normal' animal pack with 8 animals. I would add baboons, howler monkeys, sumatran orangutans, lion tailed macaques, sifaka's, aye aye's and some other monkeys.

A Amazonian pack is also a possibilty in my opinion, they probably would add 8 animals in this. The animals could be: howler monkeys, tamandua's, ocelots, coati, bushdogs, agouti, spider monkey.

A savannah pack with: kudu, secratarybird, onagers, baboons, vicuña, mara, rhea's, indian antilope.
