'Jones' City Zoo career scenario

I have been playing the career scenario named 'Jones' City Zoo and I think that I have met all of the criteria to win. The only task that I am not receiving credit for is to power the zoo on renewable energy for 3 months.
I have wind turbines and solar panels everywhere - all parts of the zoo are covered. Nothing is without power, not even a single light, and the utilities are serviced regularly.
The zoo has been running on renewable power only for a few years. There have been no power costs and the transformers are turned off. (I would demolish the transformers if I could, but this is disabled in this scenario).

Has anyone completed this scenario? If so, what am I missing?

Did you sell the original power sources? Also have you looked at the map for electricity/power? It will show any unpowered areas. Remember that habitat gates also need power.

I am unable to delete, sell or demolish the original transformers.
My power map shows full coverage of my zoo in blue.

I cannot delete, sell or alter my power sources either. Though I was able to delete the things that ran on electricity that fell outside of the boundary. Still, it did not help.

Did you update your game yesterday there was an update? For some, it fixed issues.

I did both in mine. did not fix the energy issue.

I really can not think of anything else. I did not encounter any issues when I played it. Maybe send Frontier a report.

Someone on a different post said they are already aware of this and working on it. I will just wait patiently and play something else in the meantime... thank you for your help though.

@Lee - yes I have the update, and yes, I verified my game files.

Not much else we can do, eh? They usually do a pretty fair job at sorting trouble out and I don't imagine it's only a handful of us having this issue, so maybe that will expedite the fix. Cheers!

So I see that a small update occurred yesterday, together with an update to Steam Common Redistributables, but this issue still persists for me.

Still not registering that everything is covered by renewable power sources. Still unable to delete original transformers, so they are still turned off.
The month ticker stays at 0.0 even though I have had renewable energy and zero energy costs for years. Every single object is covered and stays that way.

@mrsddixon66 - have you been able to complete this career scenario yet?

Yes, I finally was able to delete the originals but only after starting completely over. It is frustrating but for me it was necessary. I started a new game and named it Jones City Zoo Exp (experimental) and I was able to complete with no issues. However, I also deleted some of the out buildings on the other side of the boundaries, including two small outlying 'communities' that power won't reach to. I probably didn't need to do this but I did it just in case. Lol. Hop this helps.

I think I will have to start over....again! This will be my third attempt.
In a previous attempt I too deleted the two outlying 'communities' - just in case!
I'll let you know how it goes!
