Walk through exibit

My caretakers will not enter a walk through exhibit to clean it. I've tried dropping one on the path inside but get the x. I've added trashcans as we;;. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Educators enter the exhibit so I see no reason why the caretakers shouldn't.

I assume you mean walk through habitat. You mentioned educators; just add the animal talk point to a caretaker's work zone. If the educators are just roaming, you can still put in an animal talk point, do not activate it, and add it to a caretaker's work zone. Just one way of doing it.

I do know that the interior of the walk through exhibit is indeed a no go zone for dropping caretakers. I have also noted that it seems very random if a caretaker enters the exhibit to clean rubbish on the path. But at some point, if the zoo is setup well, they do get cleaned. it seems the trick is to have a need for the caretakers to actually go through the exhibit. It's much like having a path far from other things in which case the caretakers seldom clear those as well.

If it is a walk through exhibit, an animal talk point can still be used for work zone. You can sink it underground with just the top above and cover that with a bush. All depends on what one wants to do. But, yes, without some motivation, the caretakers will just do their own thing. LOL

I assume you also have a habitat door, connected to a staff path which has access to a hut?

Not sure if caretakers will bring food through the guest paths.

Caretakers do not bring food, they clean. And all staff can use guest and staff only paths.
