How to set up butterfly exhibit?

How do I set up the walk through exhibit for butterflies? I put the building down but I don't get option for butterflies in view exhibit animal market. Also doesn't let me select it for a work zone. Is there something else that needs to be done to the building? Thanks!

should still be able to select it for a work zone, it just won't show as a red building until there's something in it.

as for butterflys, it depends upon the map for what's available. if you're in career i think a lot of them don't have it because they weren't released yet at the time the missions were programmed. franchise/challenge they should show up eventually.

Ok I didn't realize that they won't show up in some of the career parks. I have only done the career parks so far. Haven't started a franchise zoo yet. Not sure how they work.

If the career scenario is from the Grassland Animals Pack or after, they could show up.

Do you also have the DLC the butterflies came with? The exhibit boxes were added with a free update but the things that go in them belong to the DLCs

It is the Grassland Animals Pack that included the butterflies.

Yup. Did the scenario right away to see how they worked. Then went back to the one I was on. Did realize they wouldn't be in the earlier scenario. I guess that is logical though.
