How to breed Himalayan brown bear

can you guys help me, the female bear show 'Outsider (over population)' i dont know what it means, and how to fix it, i tried many time and waited but they not getting breed

When we first put a breeding pair in a habitat it can take a short while for them to accept each other.

I have found that the outsider status seems to get stuck at times. A workaround I have found is to put the animal in quarantine but before bringing it back to the habitat when it shows completion in quarantine, save the zoo and exit the game. Then launch the save again, load the zoo and move the animal back to the habitat. You should then see the animal as outsider (integrating). When the time for integration is complete you should be able to breed the animal just fine.

try to remove the female out of the habitat (put her in the trade center, don´t sell her, just leave her there) and then put her back in. make sure your habitat isnt overpopulated, u need 1 adult male and 1 adult female. then let some time for them to accept each other and see if works!
