No Path to Destination

I'm trying to put some animals in a habitat I downloaded but even though the staff can walk to the habitat (or at least past it right now from what I've seen), the popup still appears when I try to add the Binturongs. The game is unpaused, I can still see staff taking the path to it but anytime I try to add them it never works. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? Screenshot on my profile

A couple things to check. Is the habitat in a work zone? Are the paths to the trade center correct? For some reason (perhaps roofs being traversable) occasionally fully enclosed habitats sometimes need the player to click inside the structure to get things to work. Perhaps just zoom in below the roof. Or maybe temporarily move one roof section near the gate.

The problem seemed to fix itself when I added another trade centre nearby. But I checked the other trade centre and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Not going to look a gift horse in the mouth though

I still suspect it to be tied to the enclosed habitat. I've seen that issue often since update 11.
