Can't connect to franchise server?

I'm playing on franchise mode and every 5 minutes or so it gives an error message that says can't connect to franchise server? after it says it I can't resume my zoo and have to leave game and come back only for that to happen again. what does dat mean :P

I don't remember what it means, but sometimes it helps to just keep saving, then it goes back and connects.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with one's computer, game or internet connection. It does seem to be an issue with how the internet connects frontier servers.

This happens to me off an on. I live in the country and have satelight wifi for internet. I would lose connection to the server due to loosing my internet connection. I am now hooked up directly to the tower and it rarely happens. Also some times sun spots and other issues can disrupt a connection. Depending on the issue it may take a while to reconnect. Also not certain signals such as ham radios can interfere with wireless connection. I have had that issue as well.

I have problem the last 2 days like every 15 mins it said I am offline, I am using 5G in Hong Kong

I keep getting this issues as well and I know its not on my end. sometimes using a VPN helps but its not a complete fix. I just hope there is something the devs can do to fix this issue soon.

ah I see, still no improvement. The problem is not on your side! Just press ESC and go on when this dialog appears.

Actually, Harold, yes. When I get a disconnect from franchise, I usually just wait about 20 seconds and it will reconnect. However, in the rare instance that I receive a second disconnect notice, I just his escape and voila, the game is back online. :)
