Edit: nvm, you right its not something i have to research, i did tried researched the Aquatic Theme scenery but nope, still not there, not in the plant tab either

Just to be on the safe side, I would suggest you verify the integrity of your game files in the client to be sure everything is okay. If you check after that step and they still aren't available in Franchise mode, all I can think of for you to do is get everything researched that would be associated with the base game, checking after each completion to see if they have shown up.

yes sir this is Franchise not career or timed scenario, and no i dont any mods installed
