Is it possible to build a zoo with all animals from all dlc?
I mean are the areas big enough to build such a zoo, or is it always a compromise? My specs: Ryzen 7 3800x, RTX2070S, 64 GB RAM.

The areas are big enough but your computer likely couldn't handle it.

Which spec do you need for that kind of zoo? A RTX4080Ti? But 64GB RAM should be fine right?
If pressed for space you can always pair up 2 or even 3 animals in one habitat. For example, I currently have my wombats living with the aldabra giant tortoises, my badgers are accompanied by the red-crowned crane. This all goes well. Of course some animals are even benificial to eachother.

If you can limit the number of guests (settings) I would certainly do so.

In general, not sure if there is any high-end CPU/GPU combi to support this idea :GDEasy:

Yes, it's possible. And if you set a zoo guest limit and make sure you don't let the animals breed (to prevent having a TON of babies), it actually performs pretty okay. At least on my system.
I recommend combining animals as much as possible, as @Jmi suggested, but not to save space. Having them combined minimizes the amount of staff that you need, which lowers the AI processes for staff. A LOT of animals can be combined in, perhaps, unexpected ways.

It's the cpu usage from calculating all of the AI and pathing of animals + staff + visitors which chokes game performance, so everything you can do to minimize that helps when you are going to build that large.

Hm. Isn´t there a problem with the guests when you build a giant Zoo? Like they will not walk to the habitats at the end of the Zoo? I´m not even close to have every Animal in my Zoo and I already have the problem that some habitats have almost zero guests =/

The solution of as-many-combined-habitats as possible helps with that, as does putting the zoo entrance in the very center and making liberal use of transport rides and stations. (Even on franchise mode, you can build a new entrance in the middle and close the one you start with)

You still have many visitors leave the zoo disappointed that they didn't get to see every specific animal on their list, but that happens even in mid-size zoos pretty frequently. Regardless, it is probably not a good idea to do this on "hard" difficulty, where some of those would ask for a refund.

Pretty much one should do that in sandbox where most of the animal and guest needs can be disabled which will help performance. But with so many animals now.... That sounds like a challenge that would take a bit of time.

Not sure how this would affect performance, but to have the guests visit all the habitats you can have more than one entrance and also provide transportation options.

Guests are almost human, there's some animals they cannot be bothered with much. But it does help if you have entrances all over the place.

The Sandbox area is huge. Fortunate is the person who has a PC that can handle filling it all up.

Hm. Somehow I never thought about more than one entrance xD I will try that out immediatly. Ty guys!

Time wont be a problem. Spending more time with game will make it better since price/time ratio will be better ;)

Can you have more than one entrance? In another comment it sound like you can have only one (Jaggid Edje:"[...] and close the one you start with"
