UserMedia Where?

I've been looking into this for the past hour and I'm still at a loss. It doesn't exist! At all! I got UserMusic, I have Config_Local, but that's all I have. I tried manually searching it up through 'Run' and it says 'Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Frontier''.

What am I doing wrong? I've hunted through Reddit, Youtube, and even on the main website to see if I was missing something. I've tried making the file itself without luck as well. I've tried putting the JPG file in UserMusic, and the entire PlanetZoo Folder and I was given no fruit for my efforts. I am willing to further answer questions you all might have if needed, hopefully I can answer... and hopefully there will be a solution to my problem...

That is strange. Have you made your own UserMedia folder and put it where it should be? Then, put in some media and see if it shows available in game?

I did yes, uneffective. I guess I'll go do what Frontier_Ikaros said and go to the support. Thank you for your assistance though :)

Have you by chance figured this out? I've come across the same issue and its beginning to become irritating trying (and failing) to find a fix. Like man, I just want my snow leopards to have the correct ambience.

What do they enjoy? Rock? I was not aware that the speakers were for the animals.

the ambient speakers are for the animals yeah! but other speakers arent. and personally? ive found they like Lana Del Rey and Alicia Keys

It's to help make guests happier. And staff who can have radios playing in the kiosks.

So I actually had to look through ALL drives I had, for some reason it was in my onedrive...
Documents/Frontier Developments.
I don't remember everything I did to find it but I hope this helps at least a little bit!
