oo2core_8_win64.dll and anselsdk64.dll error on game

my friend loves this game and they seem to be having these errors and they have uninstalled the game deleted all files of the game and have tried to check the integrity of the game several times with no end on these two errors popping up every start up. any help would be amazing.
