Transport Ride Not Loading Guests
I have a transport ride (train) in place but it will not load guests onto the ride- the queue is full of guests, but the cars just sit empty, or leave the station without picking anyone up. Any ideas on which settings will fix this?

min rider load 3/4
min wait tIme 10s
max with time 30s
min departure interval 3s
don't block station is turned on

I would DEFINITELY turn off don't block station.

reduce overall train number and turn dont block station off. You can increase the number of trains while overseeing how much you need and how much the overall transport ride can actually handle

Is this on a ride that was in place and then noticed after a reload of the zoo? For that this is normal in this version of the game. If you search around you might find guests that are walking in a straight line, often above the terrain, moving toward the station in question. You might be able to reset things by closing the station and then the ride followed by opening again. This will dump all riders into the exit and clear those trying to get back to it.

Watch a station closely for a while. Your settings are way too fast. Adjust them until people are able to get off the carriage, and for people to then get on. Often even the default settings are too fast. But there can be times that people do not get off at some stations, so people cannot get on. But the vehicle will still wait, then set off. Balancing the price can be a pest also. At some stations people may think it's too much and walk away, but at others you can keep increasing it!

For load times, I find that minimum wait time should be at least 24. This should be tuned to be long enough for a full train to unload and load so the number will vary. Max wait time would then be something larger, perhaps in the high 30s. Minimum departure should be not an issue but one can use that to keep from getting too many trains at the next station by making that close to the minimum wait time. Although you might want to play around with those numbers a bit. Don't block station is a bit of a hassle, it will stop all other loading/unloading animations from beginning as soon as another train arrives at the station. This can be countered with the departure interval to keep trains from arriving too soon at the next station.

I refer to the shuttles. They can only carry 6 at a time. I think they stop close to the control box, so the exit needs to be near to it, and the entrance next to that, so they don';t have far to walk. I don't know about the other type of transport, they seem to be more expensive to run. With shuttles I have discovered that a min of 30s and a max of 70 works best, and the min departure set at 10. People don't seem to leave in a tidy manner, and some actually return to the platform as they pass the barrier, then revolve and leave. No one can board until the exit barrier shuts allowing the entrance one to open. Oh, and of course no one can get on or off if the control box is broken. Make sure it's zoned.
With around 5,000 in the zoo, I have up to 6 stations, and 10 shuttles. The more stations, the more cash is made, as long as the price is do high people don't use it. (read their minds.) But as I said, people seem to pick and choose where they get off, and at times no one gets off at some stations, so a huge Q builds up even with very long entrance paths, which I always use. Little can be done about that, apart from more shuttles and longer stations!
