Grassland DLC
Is this a fairly empty dlc? I just purchased it and as I usually do, clicked on the filter for Grasslands DLC and almost nothing is there. I know there are things in the content pack but it would be nice if it showed me what I bought. heh.

It's an animal pack, which is different from their other packs in that it doesn't have a lot of 'stuff' but it has more animals. It's not the first such pack that they have released as DLC, but I agree that it does feel 'sparse' in terms of content compared to their regular DLC. We basically give up 100's of additional 'things' to get 3 extra animals...

You can blame the people who vocally complained that DLC didn't have more animals and instead had a lot of 'pointless construction pieces' (their words, not mine) for this type of pack. But, at the end of the day, I personally applaud Frontier for making the effort to make that group of customers, who do not like building, feel that some of the DLC is for them.

My problem is, It doesn't show me things I know are part of this pack if I ask it to show me grasslands stuff. The flag seems to be missing on some items.

It is mostly animals, but there are about 3 foliage items, some signs, butterfly and armadillo statues, etc.

Are they showing up for you with the grassland's filter? For me the only thing showing up are the signs. Nothing in the nature area.

And LillidarAn... There's nothing to research.

That's because there is no nature items in the Grasslands DLC. Those additions were part of the free game update, not the DLC. Ergo, they won't show up under the filter that is specifically for the DLC.

Not a fan of animal only dlc packs BUT this one REALLY appealed.
The Bison :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:
The Armadillo :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:
The Wallaby :steamthumbsup:
The Emu :steamthumbsup:
The..... nope thats it for the ones that appealed to me....especially the Bison!! As soon as I saw them in the trailer I was kaching.... SOLD and to heck with the expense just cut out a few meals lol! :steamdance:

There were no bison. There is the blue wildebeest.
