Could the Maned Wolf be added at some point?
Yes, before I get onto it, it is my favourite animal, they are so unique and endangered, but at the same time, a lot of people simply haven't heard of them which is one of many reasons why I feel they should be added to this game.

But Maned, we already have canines, we have the wolf, arctic wolf, painted dogs, dingo, bush dogs, dhole, which yes is true, but we don't have a canine like this, the Maned wolf is in a classification all of its own, it had no living close relatives in the canine family and is very distinctive, plus it wouldn't have the problem many players have of the current canines being re-skins of the wolf.

For one thing they don't live in packs, instead, each pair lives a solitary life in one large, shared territory, only meeting up to mate and staying together long enough to raise their pups

They are also larger than any of the current canines with very long legs.

They also have a different diet, with only about 30% or less consisting of meat and most of their food being wolf apples and other plant matter.

I feel like the Maned wolf would be a great addition to planet zoo and would help flesh out south America a bit more which despite being one of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet is still sorely lacking in terms of animals, plus with the addition of the Maned wolf, each continent would now have a large canine representative as well as a big cat.

It would be interesting to have a type of DNA splicing as per Frontier's dinosaur game. But to try to breed extinct creatures such as the Dodo and Woolly Mammoth. Stuff we have killed off in fact! A team are already trying to breed woolly mammoths from DNA they have found, so why not other creatures? Elephant bird anyone?

So, animals that hide in the grass? But the game points out that the education boards and speakers only educate if the animal is in sight. (And you can read visitors' thoughts to see if they are. Some even seem unable to see an Elephant more than 20 feet away!) And that's nonsense. One can even learn from a book, a TV documentary, on line, you don't have to see the animal in the flesh to learn. They should be able to learn from the boards and speakers even if they cannot see the creature. That unrealistic 'clause' needs to be removed. For a start, what is an Educator now telling people as they wander around no where near to a habitat? Are they not actually educating?
