Advanced Research Bonus?

With every item researched I notice my advanced research bar is not used at all. Anybody know what it is and how do you get it?

Not wrong. Your information does exist as pointed out but yes clearly it's bugged, there is no way to leave a vet researching as instructed in the info. If you try to it simply says research complete. This is what prompted me to ask.

How is it bugged? Just drag a vet on a finished research and you get the bonus.

Then they have changed the ingame help text in one of the last two patches. Before that the text was different. I had looked it up several times before.

By leaving a vet on advanced research you get a small boost to EDUCATION for that animal while the research is active, I monitored this effect when given a task to boost education of a species once, it worked but the boost was minimal

I don't get any bonuses. Just a research complete message when attempting it. Nothing changes in the game at all and the vet remains 'idle'.
