Arctic DLC - Stuck On Last Campaign/Renewable Energy

Hello!
So, in the last campaign for the Arctic DLC, there is a tick that says to have renewable energy throughout the entire park. So I do. And it won't give me it. There's 0 transformers. I don't really know why it won't work, does anyone have any advice??

I waited in game a year and even waited on a reporter to come through. I don't really get it. I'm stumped. Does it not count wind energy as renewable lol?

Is everything actually powered?

Click on the power heatmap and make sure that every powered item is covered by renewable energy. I assume it doesn't count the entrance power zone as non renewable so that are should by default be fine.

When I did this I had several transformers and slowly replaced them. If it is the one I am thinking of there are several areas where solar panels can be placed replacing the transformers nearby. I used those areas and the power coverage was great.

When I completed this, that was the last unfinished objective, so I grabbed the solar panel for planting, elevated it up above the zoo proper, and just went round planting them in midair to cover all the power consuming utilities in the zoo and completed the gold achieve with the last plant. So you can do it that way, if you don't plan on continuing play and actually need mechanics to visit the things.
