No Bats

How am I supposed to populate my new exhibit when there are no bats on the exhibit market?

It's under facilities-animal exhibits, turn off blueprints to find it easier
A little annoying that there are no bats available, wouldn't normally bother me with normal exhibit since there plenty to choose from

just the one size

I mostly play Franchise mode and I have no issues finding bats. Also you can search "walkthrough" in facilities and the exhibit should show up

It is possible to place 4 or more side by side, if you make all the walls, floors and ceilings invisible, you can make a custom exhibit using scenery pieces

sometimes all the bats are sold out and you will have to wait a little for new ones to get in the market.

If you don't have the DLC you won't get the animals associated with that DLC.

Just to confirm I have the dlc, I think the problem is Frontier only make a certain number available, and I will probably have to wait until after tomorrows maintenance which sucks a little

Every few minutes there comes new bats on the market. the problem is, that users cant sell to the market, so we all sit and wait for new bats to come for sale

The available animals for trade is changed like every 20 minutes or so. You don't ever have to wait until another day, just check the trade center every 15-20 minutes.

If you are playing in Franchise mode, this happens in real time. If you are playing in any other game mode, it happens based on time passed within the zoo. So you have to pass time with the game NOT paused.

I just got around to working in my franchise 'research zoo', where I do all the research of new DLC animals and themes, and though no bats were available when I first checked, there was a male 10 minutes later, and a female 5 minutes after that. Within about 40 minutes I was able to get 2 of each gender.

They definitely are, because after I got 2 of each gender, I kept checking every 5 minutes or so to try to get more females, and every time a male was listed that I didn't buy, it was always gone within that ~5 minutes before I looked again.
