wireless keyboard and mouse support

why hasnt this game go wireless keyboard and mouse support. i purchased the Deck to connect to my tv so i could play games . purchased planet zoo because i enjoyed planet coaster on ps5.
the game loads up fine and the keyboard and mouse work . the issue i have is i am unable to rotate the camera. ive tried different button configs in game but nothing works. the in game config is saying hold down middle button to rotate , this dont work.
ive gone through numerous different configs.
ive tried the different steam configs and nothing will work.
this is very fustrating as the keyboard and mouse are working perfectly fine in desktop mode.
is this an issue with steam not providing proper keyboard and mouse support ?

Its just you. That ♥♥♥♥ is abstracted away. The game has no clue what kind of mouse you are using lol. It can't communicate with the mouse, only the drivers.

Many players can press and hold both mouse buttons to rotate and tilt the camera.

I think the OP is talking about the Steam Deck, which is a kind of controller? Because both my mouse and keyboard (for both computers) are wireless, and have been since I first got PZ right after it came out. So maybe the deck has a keyboard/mouse of its own?
