Mexican concservation park - renewable energy

Hi everybody,

I think I've missed something. Only one step is missing to reach golden star in the mexican conservation park : i need to use only renewable energy to provide electricity to the zoo. But in the list of power buildings, I have only the 2 standard items for water and electricity, no solar equipment. Can anyone tell me how to do ?
