Pretty New to the game. (Elephants)

Hi folks, Building a huge African Plains Habitat , Was wondering If Elephants can Share along with , Warthog, Springbok ,Giraffe ...ect, or do they need a totally separate zone been, Also what other Animal's has anyone got to share a habitat without any hassle

I always look in the Zoopedia in game to see if an animal benefits from cohabing with other species.

Red Crane and Japanese Mackacks can cohabit.

I had Elephants, Giraffe, Springbok, Flamingo and a few others that I cannot remember of hand all in a LARGE habitat with a passenger ride running through it around a big lake.

Also if you try to put incompatible animals into the same habitat you get a popup warning you if I remember correctly.....

A lot of the herbivorous animals can share, even if they don't get an interspecies bonus for it. Anything living on the African savannah can pretty much go together, minus the carnivores.

Yes. They don't get interspecies enrichment, but any herbivores with other herbivores are fine as long is there is sufficient space.

Note that when we mix multiple species the habitat needs to become very large evoking guest to comment on poor viewing, especially for the smaller species. So a savanah with the big five could work well.

one thing I'd caution about a super big africa savanah is cleanliness. Huge habitats with lots of anmials tend to have lots of poo and even if you dedicate a keeper to the habitat they may still not be able to clean it up fast enough. If you are new to the game, I'd probably start off small, make sure you have researched all the diseases otherwise you might have a warning of double digit animals getting sick!

lol it's one of those game's once you start you can not stop. And sadly am still clueless , but slowly getting there .
