Game Lagging

I just downloaded the game and everything is extremely slow/laggy and the graphics are really bad. What can I do to fix this issue?

Get a better computer. Without knowing your specs and with such a vague problem, that's all I can assume is the issue.

That said, no computer on Earth can actually play this game properly, as it is so CPU-bottlenecked that your zoos can't be very large.

My computer storage/memory matches all the requirements and I have more than enough space for the game. This is why I don't understand why it won't run properly.

I have a GWTN156-11 gateway laptop. I know it's not a gaming PC, but it runs all of my other games smoothly. Would it be better to run this game on a PC?

i looked it up, i see no graphical card? i say this is not a good computer to play modern games on, ultra slim also means it has problems with heat in games.
you betetr get a gaming desktop.

The game crash a lot ! It begins to be very complicate to play when you begin to have a zoo with several place for animals. I have all DLC except 1. Only this game crash ! NOT NORMAL
I never be able to complete a game with 1/4 of the map

2 times I launche the game today, 2 times the game crash after trying to built a road! JUST A ROAD !

Just looked it up. Your system uses integrated graphics which means the processor and ram are shared between system and graphics. the result is the computer does not have enough resources to run Planet Zoo. request a refund asap for Planet Zoo.

Most modern computers can run Planet Zoo fairly well. My advice is to be wary of ones that use integrated graphics like intel graphics or UDH graphics. As always I suggest that buyers spend as much as their budget can realistically afford.
