Is the education rating bugged.

I just started a new zoo and and the education rating is really low. I only have two habitats and placed plenty of education boards and speakers around them and checked to make shore they are not overlapping and interfering with each other. I also placed more of them but still the rating won't go up. Do I need to place some conservation boards up too? or is it a bug.

Its not bug. Education will rise as you get more animals

Education goes up slowly and is mostly based on overall knowledge.
EG Learning about lots of animals.

Conservation boards are part of the education rating as well, so I would suggest putting one down at every habitat education board that you and also along areas of high guest traffick. Hope this helps!

Nope not bugged. You need to research the animals to boost education gained from the speakers and info board. After you max the animal research you can do advance research which will boost it more the longer you do it.

Also place some Conservation Boards around the zoo away from your exhibits as well.

max research provides higher ed for animals, multiple info screens, speakers turned up for proper coverage, conservation boards placed in education gaps all help you get your ed rating to 5 stars easily, you just have to look at your radar and make sure you are well covered. It also makes your guests a LOT happier.
