My saving is not loading

I wanted to load my saving and now I am stuck in the loading screen.
The Bear is walking and the music is playing but nothing is happening.
Does anybody have an idea what i can do to solve this problem?

(Everytime I try to report the problem, the page crashes so I am trying it here)

Try going into the saved games folder and deleting the autorun game save. That may resolve the issue. IF it does then when the game starts and you are on the main menu you will have to click the MY GAMES icon and load a game. It will create a new autorun folder and you can use resume after that.

I have tried it but it still isn't working
All my saves from other zoos still work but ever save from this one zoo just isn't loading and I am still always stuck in the loading screen
It is an sandbox zoo and there is the option to put it into the workshop (i think)
Maybe I should try to put it up ther and download it again or something like that
or I need to wait for an update and it will work again (maybe) (this worked by Jurassic World Evolution and with a little bit luck it could help me here)

So this sounds like the exact problem i had, im not sure how but the save got corrupted/broken. If loading an older save doesnt work thats pretty much it. You can start a new zoo but it's unlikely you'll get the save back. I had to make a new zoo but now theres a different problem.If you can upload the zoo maybe that'll fix it but seems like the update made everything buggy. good luck though.

Second day it happened to me also, first time helped me tip to delete last save from this zoo and load second newest save , it fixed first day , but i dont want lose my saves every day !
Me and i believe everyone with this problem want to see oficial answer from Frontier

edit : I tryed delete last save and now im stuck on loading screen of second saved game of my zoo , so tip from yesterday is not function more. Great...

edit : Where i can send my broken save file to fix ? I want to continue playng my more than 100hour Franchise Zoo !?
