Having exhibits inside a building?
Hi, i've been building this fairly big building which i intended to have some exhibits inside and the guests can walk there freely, but after "finishing" the build, i remembered that they have to be connected to a path. So how should i do this? https://imgur.com/6xcjOpT heres the building itself and heres the inside of it: https://imgur.com/lBU3otW

Does each one of those exhibits actually need to path connected to them? i've been some similar builds and have no idea how they made it so the guests can actually walk there freely.

Place paths in grid mode - they dont need to connect to exhibits. So when you place paths in your building use the 'select grid' in the path menu

So i suppose the building cant have any "normal" flooring in it, since there needs to be a path inside the building. Otherwise this is the result: https://imgur.com/X9QaFzB guests walking inside the original flooring

but there needs to be paths upstrairs too if you intend to have guests walking there, making floors only a visual thing rather than actually doing something useful

So far I have seen and understood about floors, they are purely cosmetic.

That's my thought aswell, kinda stupid in a way that guests ONLY walk on paths, even when you make them look like normal floors, it's still kinda inconvenient. No need to waste time making floors for a place where guests need to be walking then i suppose.
