Crashing...

I can't get into the game, it keeps on crashing :( Anyone know why, or how to fix? I wanna play :(

Mine was working fine but won't launch since I installed the newest update, it just says "Sorry, something went wrong" Not sure how to get it working again either

Try verifying your game files.

literally the same thing happens but i dont get the luxury of the white screen. Ive done everything from veryifying game files to downloading missing dlls, ive messed with the settings on steam and preferences and everything that was suggested and i still cant get it to work. Its been frustrating because i havent even been able to play the game AT ALL. the hours that are built up are from me trying to play this game.

I load in fine but than can't click on anything at the main screen or the main screen only half loads :( ARGH!!!!!!!!

This is a known issue, just kill the game process using task manager and restart the game.

Sounds to me like you're having a windows/driver issue more than an actual game issue. Especially since you said you had to download DLL-files... Make sure your system is up to date on all fronts; Graphics drivers, motherboard drivers, Windows updates etc.

Also, never download DLL files online unless they are from trusted sources, like Microsoft's own website(s) for example. Instead of downloading DLL-files online you should repair your windows-installation using a disc/USB-memory to make sure you have everything necessary to use the OS properly.

Same is happening to me. Ever since the update I can't do a single thing without it crashing.

everything is completely up to date. I hate this. Why is it i can play every other game but not planet zoo, shouldnt have to come down to this
