Please help me-Animals dont climb trees

Animals(Koalas, binturongs, red ruffed lemur) dont climb trees.

I have asked this questions several times. Thanks to a few kind users of Planet Zoo, I got a lot of useful advices.
But still my animals dont climb trees.

Let me explain my situation, I know that there are trees which are 'climbable' and I can distinguish them by using climbable filter and transverable area(Green lines). I've also found out that trees are considered and cacluated as 'climable area'.

But animals do climb cimbable frames and koalas even do climb Eucalyptus feeder(Enrichment item). Only they cant climb trees. Is there anybody who can solve this problem or bug?

The whole climbing thing can be weird sometimes. The traversable area thing also has to connect to traversable area on the ground, so maybe you are placing them in odd ways or places? I think, best bet, would be a screen of what the setup is!

I also feel like they tend to prefer to climb on things that aren't trees sometimes, so less other things to climb on might do the trick too!

All my koalas do is swim lol the game is weird sometimes.

some of my animals don't climb the trees as much as they jump straight up to a high branch, so this game really DOES get weird sometimes.
Maybe put a climbing platform on the tree trunk, to encourage them up into the tree?
