You mean the heat map shows it as climbable?
This filter is also available in other categories so you can use it search specifically in the construction pieces for things there that can be climbed, or in the Habitat section to see only climbable pieces, etc.
This doesn't help you with your problem that animals are not climbing even the trees that they should be able to, but at least it can help you to find the trees which can be climbed ahead of time in the future.

The Sun Bears are always too busy swimming with the otters that they share the habitat with....but I'd have expected to see the binturongs and pandas climbing at least once in a while.
Trust me, you'll never see anything climb a boabab or ombu tree. There's nothing to solve for that, it just is what it is.
It depends on the tree, some are and some are not, which is where the filter I mentioned earlier in the thread can help....the two tree types you mentioned are not climbable and wouldn't show up if you filtered the trees by the climbable tag.
