Game does not start

The problem is when I click on start then always comes the crash reporter. The problem is for 3 weeks and the support does what and that was not always helpful and have brought nothing
.

Have you updated your drivers, chipsets, etc? I had this fix my crash at load problem.

Same issue here, it used to run perfectly fine but won't even start now

Just bought the game and had the crash at startup problem too. What fixed it for me was going to the steam library, right clicking the game, go to properties, local files and then click on the verify integrety of game files. Believe it or not, freshly installed steam found 300MB of data to be corrupt and re-downloaded that bit. Now it starts and runs flawlessly.

Nope, also didn't work for me. Uninstalling didn't work and the newest update also didn't fix the problem :( Any suggestions?

Some basics...
Does your system meet minimum specs to run?
Do you have other programs/apps running when you try to play?
Is your system overclocked? Try reducing that.
If you were able to play before but can't anymore. Try deleting the game's config files search your computer for ( AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\Config_Local )
They will be rewritten at next start.

First of all: Thank you very much!
To your questions: Due to the fact that Planet Zoo used to run perfectly fine, it's safe to say that the system does meet the minimum specs. I deleted and reinstalled the game (several times...), I chose a different hard disk, I close every other program when trying to play and I just now deleted the conifg_local as you suggested and none of it worked :( I'm getting really frustrated here...

Did you verify game files through steam library? Even after a reinstall this can be needed.
Also if you have planet coaster you might try verifying that too. Thinking the two might have some issues in their file conventions.

Did that just now, didn't work :( Planet Coaster is running finde, btw! It's just Planet Zoo that won't launch

I was having the same problem this morning, and last night after having played yesterday afternoon. I only have Planet Zoo. After waiting 7 minutes, I stopped trying to open it and verified the files. After it said that went fine, I tried reopening. It took 3 minutes, then told me it couldn't contact the cloud files and my progress could be lost, but it seems to have opened it this time. The only different thing I did yesterday afternoon was to close out Planet Zoo instead of closing my current game and exiting from the main screen. I am pretty new to playing it, so it may have been the first time I closed that way.
