Report a translation problem
There are construction items which are climbable. Quite a few of the items under "columns" for example. "Climbable" is one of the filter options if you want to see them all just turn that filter on in the construction category. It's primarily columns, posts, pillars, that sort of thing.
And they do count toward climbing requirements, or at the very least a good number of them do. I keep red pandas in every zoo that I make and tend to build their climbing playgrounds mostly with construction pieces rather than the log-climbing stuff and have no problem meeting their requirements.
