Crashing when loading the Zoo

I cannot open my Main Zoo anymore. Yesterday it started to crash but today, no matter what, it crashes all the time at the end of the load. This has started, I guess, after I have added information monitors in the zoo. I have not had this game for a long time but these crashes are very annoying. I don't know what to do to be able to access this zoo again. I can open other zoo or even create new one but not the main one on which I spent hours

Have you tried reducing all the graphics settings to the lowest possible ? I've tried and it's worked a few times, I've been getting loads of crashes too, mostly after the update

I have put everything at very low level (graphics, sounds, ...). I we Sadly start another Zoo of the Franchise :(

I just tried validating my game files, resetting my pc and then trying again and it worked for me, opening up a franchise with over 600 animals in it without crashing ! Maybe give that a go? I think you can validate the files by going into library, right clicking PZ, going into properties, local files, verify integrity of files .

I have exactly the same bug.
The game crashes 3-4 seconds after loading my zoo
But this is my first zoo that's working (I'm a beginner, I started the franchise last week) and I'm "only" 122 animals away.

Je n'ai pas ajouter des information monitors dans mon zoo mais j'ai fait un gros achat de plusieurs animaux d'un coup (15-20)

I have tried to :
- lowering the quality to the minimum but without success.
- Check local files
- Uninstall/reinstall
- Reboot my computer

My config is from November 2019, I have an i5-9, 16GB and a Rtx2060

in the latest Nvidia control panel under 3d settings go to adjust image settings with preview. On that page click on use my preference dot and adjust the slider toward quality. That should get things working more consistent.

The game is trash, poorly coded, very poorly optimised, i have a £3,000 rig and this pile of rubbish crashes for fun, just over 2 hours logged so far and 6 crashes, unacceptable, learn how to code before releasing trash like this.

Refund incoming and a negative review well deserved.

Worked on another Zoo since I cannot reopen the first one. It starting to crash too when visitors are above 6000 and animals around 150. So I have setup a max visitor numbers. Not sure that will fix it.

Yeah, i worked on another Zoo too.
The 2nd one has clearly surpassed the first zoo, the visitors are soon twice as many, the animals are 50-100 more and I'm about to reach 800k$ (I can't keep up it's unbelievable ) while the first one is at about 65k$
but I still can't open my 1st zoo :(

I have a zoo like this. I had to give up on it. Something in the zoo is making it crash. I opened a ticket with frontier. They basically said the zoo is too big to remain stable. Odd since I have zoos that are larger than my problem zoo. I was able to recover it a few times by deleting the most recent save and loading the one before it. Ultimately I went in and immediately paused, blueprinted certain buildings, pressed play and it crashed again. Gave up on that zoo file.

Anyway, I think I'll delete this zoo to at least get the leafs back

I now limit visitors to 6000 and this problem did not happen again on my new zoos
