Things that won't happen (sad but true)
1. The next DLC being 8 animals plus scenery pack (priced around £9.99 or £10.99 (your paying a little extra for both scenery and animals) which would mean that the aquatic, Arctic, Australian, South America and South East Asia packs are updated to the same. I don't think this should be free. As we brought the packs how they are. So if they were updated, we should have to pay like £2 for the new items/animals

2. Deadly diseases that kill animal babies, for example the Elephant endotheliotropic herpesvirus.

3. Animals becoming realistically bone thin because they are starving. And performing respective and destructive behaviour due to boredom

4. The energy/power generators causing fires (big or small) if they are broken down for too long

5. Small exhibit animals that are moving rodents

6. having a option to have all exhibit animals on a animated loop (exactly  like how they are on the zoo tycoon xbox version) or to have them as they are now

7. The animals actually having different personalities like we were promised (if you don't care about this then why have a zoo game?)

8. Large habait snakes

9. A large flying bird pack with at least eight birds, which adds like three birds to the base game

10. Expansion packs that contain more than eight animals

11. This game updating and adding more DLC as long as the Sims 4

12. Actual game play packs. For example, a small pet farm pack that allows you to make profit off milk and any vegetables you may grow. (Similar to the farm pack in Wildlife park 2)

13. Building large zoo's with more than 3,000 guests without frame rates dropping (as someone who would rather big zoo with all animals in game and a large guests count than small separate ones this is truly annoying)

14. An option to allow animals to breed the once and for the babies not to grow up (I love the no ageing option but for me it's difficult to get all the animals breeding at the same time so this will definitely help)

Can you think of anything else?

I agree and disagree with some points since it's a game to enjoy and not to cause stress. I enjoy the game is it is and although some things could/should change for better, I agree with just 2 or 3 points, commenting also on your other points. It's a game to relax.
I do 100% agree with the Bird Pack, I've been also wanting this for a long time as well and some birds capable of flying and such. Add a show area for any animal, just like having the educator, but surrounded by a show area where shows can be performed for the public. Also, maybe a second Aquatic pack with dolphins, belugas, etc like in some zoos have AND for the packs to be more than 8 animals, I'm yes and no at the same time because it's a small pack with 8 animals, exhibition ones included + all the scenery and flora. About the carnivoures, maybe if they could attack other animals and eat them, that would be cool- like they do in the wild and such. Talking about the quality of the guests when they visit the zoo, it does lag the game a lot when it's too many of them which means I have to also keep the zoo closed if I want to play.
For the Farm pack, perhaps some animals will do but I don't it would be a good addition to the game, unless they interact with the animals or if you get mods or something--

There are some things I disagree with (mainly the extra diseases and starvation points since they seem like they'd add more annoyance rather than gameplay challenges.) Though I do agree with:
- boredom behaviors
- individual personality types (since zoos do have to deal with animals just not getting along)
- Exhibit rodents. I could see a neat bat exhibit or a kangaroo mouse exhibit.
- Birds. Any irl zoo I've been to has had owls, eagles, even some ravens.

Some things I'd rather see added:
- Easier ways to track family trees or mated pairs at a glance. Keeping track of these things gets tedious especially with large herd animals. I've got a tagging system in place where I add a symbol to the mother and father, and then any offspring get both of those tags. Also helps when trading so (hopefully) someone doesn't get siblings and potential interbreeding issues.
- Actual herding behaviors. In animals like the gazelles or zebras, they need large groups but then they all disperse into different parts of the exhibit. It gets especially chaotic when you've got a mixed species enclosure and none of the "herd animals" are herding together. Something similar to the pack system could work where they form a proper herd and then move together.
- New enrichment items for individual animals where watching the animals interact offers guest boons. Something like a lure/chasing toy for cheetahs that get guests super excited to see the cheetahs run.
- More North American animals. Maybe in a DLC pack or something that includes animals like lynx, cougars/florida panthers, wolverines, etc.
- Rather than a farm mode (which feels too different from zoo animals with the whole produce harvesting thing) I'd rather see a "National Park/Reserve" mode where you don't have fences. You still monitor the animals, but the different species interact more and you also have to worry about other environmental factors.

Some of you're ideas are awesome, would you mind if I add them to my list? (I will create you, of course)

Now, about my ideas about the extra diseases and starvation, I just think they would put some realism into the game since all RL zoos cope with them whenever they're stressful or not.
