My Rides are too popular! Suggestions please!
I built a really popular suspended gondola ride. The que is always full, and it takes forever for people to be able to get on/off. It's affecting guest happiness that they can't go on it.

Any tips for increasing through-flow of guests on rides?

More cars? Fiddle around with wait times etc? Build a new path that they can take instead.

More cars doesn't really help, it's the loading and unloading that takes forever. I've moved the entrance so it's next to the exit and they're both next to the 'last' car so it's faster loading and unloading. I've also lengthened the cue. It's not great, but it's better than it was.

I would also change the wait time in-between the interval of the cars as Hlaine mentioned, to see if it helps.
Errapel, it definitely helps to do what you did - moving the exit and entrance can help. They don't need as much time to board which will allow you to put a shorter interval time in-between cars.

Indeed. Fiddle with the waiting min and max times, and also. increase the ride price.

Thanks guys. That helped a little. But there does seem to be only so fast you can get people on and off. Maybe if I had other stations that would help, but they won't fit my park. I'll keep tweaking with settings, thanks again!

As I said, slowly increase the price. That will cut down on the huge Qs. (I also have very long entrance paths). But have you clicked on anyone leaving a station then going back? What's on their minds?

Slowly increasing prices. Trying to avoid people taking a happiness hit because it's too expensive. Yet to find the sweet spot.

Everyone comes off the ride ecstatically happy, and usually want a drink. (So the exit path leads direct to the shops).

If you keep an eye on the station entrance, when people hesitate then walk away, you know it's now to expensive, clicking on them their thoughts also usually say it. The same applies to kiosks and the main entrance. Increase prices slowly by 10p. Often you can get away with more. The transports are very hard to make a profit from though.
Do they still get off the transport and join the Q again? That must be some kind of glitch. It's not as if it's Planet Coaster.
