Nile Monitors - Releasing
I can't seem to get rid of my Nile Monitor's? I can't quick trade or release them to anywhere but back to my Zoo?

All of them, or just some individuals? I know we can't sell or release individuals who are too young, or pregnant, or sick/injured.

They are probably not adults yet; you have to let them age up to adult before you can get rid of them. This is true of all animals.

There is a bug that makes their age not always show correctly if they are in the trade center, so even if they are showing as adults, they might not be. Send them back to a habitat and let them age up, then release them.

Also, those purchased for cash cannot be traded or released, only sold for cash.

Thank you all! It might be the being too young thing. I'll put a couple back in, and see.

I wait untill there are some little ones, than give the male I started with contraseptives, wait for the youngsters to grow up, sell them and let papa do his job again..

That's probably what we all do with the way those Nile Monitors breed....if you don't either turn on contraceptives, or remove the adults completely, their habitat needs to be massive to keep them happy with terrain size.

Nile monitors are the rabbits of Planet Zoo.

Gah, you were all right. I was trying to get "rid of" when they were too young.
