Widows 10 as far as I know comes with DX11.3 and DX12, so you should be able to run DX12 and DX11 games.

Also check windows is fully updated
and when the beta was released it worked i dont know i might even think it could be my RAM after i upgraded them

Graphic card numbers can be very confusing, The low model number of that one gives the impression of it being a low-end one, but at around £450 it's obviously not. This is what nvidia say about directx, https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/technologies/dx12/ and it should often be part of the card drivers, if not already on your PC. It should be part of Windows anyway, but I don't recall Windows Update ever updating it.

If it were me I would get DDU and strip out the drivers in safe mode with no internet so that windows cannot put it's own driver in upon reboot and when it does reboot install the latest Nvidia drivers and never install geforce experience with it. Always choose custom and uncheck that box. Only after you are done installing the driver should you reconnect to the internet. I would also uninstall the current chipset driver and get the latest for your motherboard.
