Franchise mode animal market

Hello everyone , I am playing franchise mode and I keep hitting the animal market wall. There are nearly never any animals available. for example only 4 elephants are available for enormous prices. Am I doing sth wrong ?

You are not doing anything wrong; the franchise market demand/supply is determined by the players; it is the only online mode of the game. So, the animals supply is heavily influenced by the time of day, if you play during the peak hours (Day time Europe/Americas) you'll see more animals compared to if you are playing during the quieter hours

All you can do is keep trying, the market is always changing. If you don’t see any animals you like try again in 20+ min, worst case is you may need to try again the next day. :)

Keep checking regularly. ALL animals can be purchased from "Frontier Zoo", rather than from other players, but just with limited supply. It refreshes with new animals pretty regularly though if you just keep checking.

I never have to look more than 2 or 3 times before I get some that way. The only downside, of course, is that they generally not of as nice quality and are older than many of the player-sold ones.

I agree with what the other players said. I would add, too, that it's sort of like a challenge for you to get the low to mid quality animals from Frontier (or bite the bullet and spend a huge amount of CCs on the overpriced player animals), breed a couple generations until you get some high quality animals that you can put on the market. Don't be greedy.... sell them at a reasonable price at first, so you can encourage and entice other players to grab them and start pumping out more for the market. It might be my imagination (that's the point anyway) but I feel like I've seen that work for me over a weekend, where I felt like I actually contributed to the increased supply on the marketplace with certain animals.

I think the challenges help with the supply sometimes too.
