Constant boxing/unboxing loop & animal refusal to go into trade centre

I have two Franchise zoos. My main one seems to be working fine since the update. The issue is with my second Franchise. I rarely play much in this one as I use it to store animals, however upon loading it up today, the majority of my animals (climbers and non-climbers) are stuck in a constant boxing/unboxing loop. I have tried to fix this by doing the following:

1) A complete uninstall and reinstall of the game
2) Amending my game/graphics settings
3) Moving habitat entrances around
4) Moving all items anywhere close to the habitat entrances out of the way.

This has not changed anything, they are still boxing/unboxing constantly. I have managed to free a couple of animals temporarily (lions) so they can walk around freely; however I have then pressed the button to send them to the trade centre (so they don't age and die while I sort out this mess) and they REFUSE to go! The send to trade centre button just doesn't do anything!

I am assuming this is some kind of glitch following the latest update/patch but if anyone has had the same issue and been able to solve it, I would very much appreciate it!!

Try this.
In the habitat info panel select the animal page. Then select box all animals, the little crate icon. Now that all animals are boxed click on one of the boxes and select move. this will allow you to move that crate to an open area of the habitat where you may open each box individually. Not sure if this is the fix but it is something to try.

Thanks for the help, I move all my cranes(animals in loop) to a new habitat, and the problem is solve.
