Can't finish tutorial - where is the snow leopard?

I've reached the Snow Leopard habitat objective in the tutorial, but I can't complete the final piece (increase terrain welfare to 100%) because I can't find the snow leopard anywhere. There's no alert about a loose animal and the habitat shows that it's empty, which I'm pretty sure means there are no animals assigned to it. Is this a bug, or am I missing something obvious?

You can click on the habitat or go to the animal list to find it.

I'm in the habitat but there's no snow leopard there (I looked all around), and the habitat displays "habitat empty" when I check the details pane. I'll see if I can access the animal list, but since it's the tutorial, some things are unavailable based on where I am in it.

Thank you for the animal list suggestion! It turns out it had escaped (even though there's no loose animal alerts), but unfortunately, the emergency capture option is turned off by the scenario. I probably just have to abandon this one, or hope it magically wanders back to its habitat...

my snow lep in the scenario kept escaping...ckimbed a tree right next to the fence and bolted. little peckerhead

Yeah, my snow leopard has escaped too. Can't really progress any farther...

Actually, I found a way! Just call the vet when you find the snow leopard, and it will take it to its enclosure. Do the tasks while on pause, because for me, it just kept jumping over the fence. I had to just keep calling the vet multiple times.

It seems the 1.6 update altered climbing routines have caused some issues in the career game...

Thank you everyone! These tips really helped! Calling the vet worked and got the snow leopard back to its enclosure so that I could finish the scenario.

And as a bonus, once I made it to the next scenario, it taught me how to deal with an escaped animal...
