Any fix to the navigable climbing area bug?

Just the other day, the navigable climbing area on my Formosan Black Bear exhibit dropped to 0m2 when previously there was more than enough? I've tried a few of the fixes I've seen in a quick search including reloading the game, removing all my climbing fixtures and replacing them all, and just simply adding more climbing fixtures. What's especially frustrating is that the game show my bears climbing on the fixtures but isn't counting anything for them! Is there a solution yet for this issue?

Move them to the trade center and back, or maybe try to move the habitat gate a bit, it sometimes helps with recalculating things.

I gave both of those a try and it will recalculate only the navigable land area and deep water requirement? The deep water requirement showed up for this exhibit right when the climbing area bugged out!
