Looking for ways to hide transformers & etc
I started setting up a secondary power grid but the stats on it told me that the guests thought it was an ugly looking area is there a way to surround those areas with walls? Can you surround or hide facility buildings? I thought I could use the walls that are listed underneath exhibits. No go! What about shrubbery?

Thanks

If you click on the bottom left menu there is a tab for negative impact radius on staff buildings and facilities. You can decorate the area to get a 50% reduction in the radius, but you still need to place them far enough away from the guest paths to be effective.

Also, if reducing it by 50% is not enough , you can always put power facilities within a habitat since there is no negative to animals.
I put one in a cave on the backside of a habitat hill with a small 2m path leading to a null barrier for mechanic access.

To get the best benefit from building and scenery pieces add them while in build mode for the desired facility. And note that when doing that those items can be placed a fair distance from the facility. Also placing utilities with staff facilities can be an easy way of using less scenery to achieve the max benefit for each facility.

Seems sensible but can mechanics access them? Can I put walkways underground like Planet Coaster?

There was one visitor who said, "I didn't come here to see staff buildings!" That was funny to me.

Have the same issue. By mine is 8meter deep under ground but they are still complaining about it. How can you see it? I can't even see it!!!! 😅

If you need power, ticket gates don't add as much to angry guests as the others, I think. Plus, you can put them in with ANY animals, with one piece of path attached, in case anyone gets zapped there. I also put protesters and pickpockets there.
