But often the best cure of vandalism is prevention. Have a look at your guests, why aren't they happy. What needs are not being met. Are they hungry, tired, thirsty?
Vandalism for my zoos is rarely a problem, as I try to address most of my guests needs, keeping their stats and happiness up. Happy guests don't vandalize :)
Inexperienced security will often fail to catch criminal activity whereas more experienced can run for longer and will catch them easier.
When there is not much to do in my zoo I occasionally will click on guests to read their comments. I have noticed that most of the guests who are by themselves, not in a group, are usually pickpockets. I just saw one teen who said something about picking pockets so I clicked the button to eject him from the zoo and then I followed to watch him. He headed to a drink stand and a security guard showed up and stood nearby. After the teen got his drink the security guard casually escorted him to the exit and kicked him out.
