issues with male gharial/crocodile
does anyone else constantly have space requirement issues when putting male gharials/crocodiles into habitats? for example, the whole habitat will be accessible for the female, but the male, for some reason, cannot access more than half of it for no reason. i get that there's a size difference between the males and females, but every time i have encountered this issue, there's nothing preventing the males from moving (no buildings/objects to navigate around that they're too big to get around). it could literally be a flat habitat with a gentle slope down into water, but the male crocodile will, for some reason, be unable to get into the water/only be able to move around in less than half of the habitat.

if you've had this problem before, how have you fixed it, aside from having to pause the game and waste time shaping the perfectly fine terrain? has it happened to you every time you've tried to put a male gharial/crocodile in its habitat, or are there some situations where the habitat is fine for both the male and female of the species?

I just put in Crocs. Mine seem to be fine.

Two things to know about Crocs:

- yes, size does matter
- they need a nice and wide slop to get into the water (same for other animals with water requirements)

Check out the heat map 'H' or bottom left corner, select traversable area and click on the dad croc to check out which areas of the habitat are accessible for him and where he cannot pass.

If you need more help, a screenshot would be appreciated. :)

yeah, i understand how to use the heat map; what i'm saying is that even when i use it, i don't understand what it is that's preventing the male crocodile/gharial from moving in an open area with a gentle slope into the water. my problem isn't that i don't know how to see what's blocking him from moving, my problem is that even when there's nothing in the way, half the habitat is still inaccessible for him.

i'll try to provide an example screenshot later, as i've already fixed the issue in my current zoo.
