2. Yes, but if you put predators with prey, consider the prey dead. You can have exhibits which get bonuses from having other species about. (Springbok, Buffalo etc)

For #3, the predator animal darts in and looks like a headbutt to the prey animal, which dies right there, it just lays on the ground and disappears after a while, and you get a memorial notice pop up for it. It doesn't get eaten as far as I've seen, but I only tested it twice.
Oh wow. Okay! That did not happen to me but I guess the animals that did it the two times I saw it were not hungry. I'm actually surprised they programmed the eating of the other animals in
Alas! My dreams of creating a genuine Roman Colosseum, with lions and tigers and bears (Oh my!) were quashed in the beta. It was such a tease because I spotted the odd Christian, some Carthaginians and even a few Vandals visiting my beta park. All perfect candidates for my Colosseum.
It seems appropriate to close using a poignant phrase in Latin. Screw propriety.! I won't do it!
