Possible to put water treatment INSIDE habitat?
I'm trying to make a hippo habitat, which are notorious for their space requirements. Coincidentally the radius of a water treatment facility covers my hippo habitat nicely if placed right in its centre. Can mechanics go inside to fix it?

Yeah, I don't think so, but water treatment only needs to touch the smallest bit of any body of water to clean it. Usually best to build it between several habitats to keep maintenance and running cost low.
