Modded Animals' Quality would really stand out compared to official ones, back then graphics were so primitive that they would look fine

I would hope that if this game succeeds than the devs will make a primal DLC that has a bunch of extinct animals like dinos, sabers and mammoths. That or a water park.

This seems Irrelevant

Whatever... If you want, you can be in your shadow of ignorance where you think a modder could create an official-looking animal, I'll let you

Yeah. Allow modders to create animals then listen to how often the game crashes because people downloaded too many of the animals. Sounds fun, doesn't it? I can just see the file sizes of these animals created by modders being astronomical in size. I can imagine that the file sizes will be 50 to 100 mb or higher. An example from Planet Coaster: Jurassic - Para 01 (animated) - File Size: 13.484 MB
One might need to upgrade their RAM to 32 GB or even 64 GB (but that's not possible for everyone's cpu's). I think I'll pass on the modded animals and stick to assets (maybe).

Ark and PZ are two VERY DIFFERENT games. One's a survival game with outlandish prehistoric animals, the other's a zoo management game with realistic modern animals. They're made by different companies with quite different methods to make them. It's like comparing apples and oranges, they're fruits, from different trees.
