Animals not showing up in Trade Centre

I've had this problem since yesterday, but in Franchise mode none of my animals are showing up in the trade centre. I've searched up this problem on Google and everyone says to turn off filters but I have tried that multiple times and nothing still shows up. Is there anything else I can try to make this work?? Thank you

Can confirm this issue for me. Playing Franchise Mode and had a lot of animals stored in trade centre. Now all gone or invisible. Counter says (42/50) but it looks all empty. :(

Added: Every animal I buy disappears in the trade centre... No access at al, but shows now 45/50... :(

The game is not playable for me anymore.

I can't post a screenshot ATM but NelsonUrmel's screenshot basically sums up my problem. It says there's animals in storage, but nonetheless it shows as empty. Exhibit trading/storage is showing up fine though

I'm pretty sure some people had that problem before, but I can't remember if they were able to fix it.
In the animal tab of the zoo overview, are any animals listed as in trade centre that are actually in the zoo?

I guess you could try verifying the game, can help with the weirdest bugs.

Thank you for your support Hlaine. As I am a quite new to Stean, could you please tell me what "veryfying the game" actually means? Will try everything I can, but since the last upgrade in April my Franchise game seems to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up more and more. I've got every day some glitches, and daily the message, that the pathes are reacreating or something like this.

To verify your game right click on it in your library, then go to properties -> local files -> verify ...
What it does is basically to check if all files are as they should be or if anything is corrupted which Steam then automatically downloads again.

Unfortunately PZ is prone to have some weird bugs and glitches and even worse they can be extremely difficult to replicate. Verifying so far has helped with various problems but it's pure luck if it does.

If you can't fix your game, don't forget to contact Frontier support and create a ticket on their tracker.

I'll do so, thank you. Another thing I've got almost from the beginning: The filters for the animals storage never worked (not from the day I discovered this option ;)). Only the filters in the market work.
Sometimes I hat the issue, which many other players have (read from other community threads) that they have to click several times for a trade. I always can solve it by performing a complete reobot of my PC, don't ask me why.
Will try to verify and if that doesn't work, reboot and veryfying again. Let's see if that works.

I guess we've got something in common which is not usual for other users... whatever it may be. But it seems that only the two of us having this issue. What happened on Monday the 15th for us? New driver update? I don't know :(.

Anyway, its currently almost impossible to play Franchise mode :(

Not sure if it will do anything to fix your zoo, but have you tried opening a new zoo in the same franchise to see if you can properly access the trade centre there?

Hi there, I have also been experiencing this problem, so I will contribute to the Frontier's support ticket you have logged. -- Edit: Getting errors when I try to use my Steam account to sing in to Frontier, siiiigh.

Makes me sad that I can't play with my zoos :(

You need to create a Frontier account first, once linked you can login with your Steam Account. I know it's confusing, you're not alone in this. Been that way forever. ^^

Hi Hlaine,
I've opened a complete new franchise zoo this morning and the content of the animal storage is exactly the same. 47/50 and not shown at all.
I am not sure if this is supposed to be the normal behaviour that you can have your animals storage in each franchise zoo (would be great to have more franchise zoos and get the most promising offspring with you). Anyway... as long as this is not fixed for me I cannot play franchise anymore, which is really sad.

Yeah, all zoos in the same franchise share animal storage, cc and research. Hope you'll get a fix soon, but challenge mode is pretty much the same anyway. :)

Ah... good to know, Thank you.
I thought about using the challenge mode, but I want to have my zoo back :). Have a fortune of money and points in my wallet, and a lot of plans with this zoo. <sigh>.

For me it doesn't matter which one is getting the votes. I would appreciate if everybody who has this bug votes for it, so it will be fixed asap.
