Game Crashing constant?

Every time the game loads in franchise mode it constantly crashes. Its since ive bought the south american pack and the new update. The game is unplayable! Is anyone else experiencing this? Please help :)

Crashing

My game just crashed when I tried placing a jaguar into a habitat. I lost all of my progress on my breeding of them. It crashed for NO reason and forced me to restart.

Crashing non stop

I've been trying to play this game and it keeps crashing every time i play not even 3 minutes in and every time I loose all my progress every time i have to restart the game i'm getting a little frustrated but I'm not giving up on this game I know its amazing besides the crashes.

I keep getting a low memory error since the release of the new DLC, I never even had game issues or slow downs before this, my game ran as smooth as ever before the DLC and Update. I have purchased the DLC and considering refunding all my money on the DLC and i paid for the Deluxe Edition upgrade as well.

I'm trying to stay calm and give them a few days to find the problem. Considering how many game play problems there are here to it's far from everyone crashing.

I just made a very interesting and wonderful discovery! Let me preface my remarks by saying 1. I have a laptop that does not meet required specs. It has a dual core instead of quad core cpu and has Intel HD for graphics. Intel HD has no dedicated memory and is not meant for this game. 2. I was on the official forums where people were reporting that animals were just staying in place. They were advised to run the game on pause for several minutes to allow the game to recalculate the area of the habitat if memory serves me. I played this game yesterday and DID NOT SEE what I saw today. Before this update, only the tops and posts of the barriers were showing as though the middle of the barriers were glass. They were functional but not seen with my eyes. Today, I can see the entire barrier for the first time since buying this game! This is awesome. If you want to see want to see what I am talking about, there is a thread that I think was titled "Barriers Not Working" where the poster posted a screenshot. I have been wanting to get a gaming laptop because of the inability to see the whole barrier but do not have the resources at this time. I can deal with the 4 to 5 fps that this laptop produces. The one way glass still is transparent from both side, but I can live with that. I am going to start the game again and let it run paused for a while. Just got finished playing. NO CRASHES TODAY.

i have had the crash since beta, and it seem like its random, one time it crashed when i was adding lights in my park, the crash that i had yesterday was when i pressed Esc to save the game, i was thinking it could be a memory leak but not sure or when auto saving, as mine crashes if i have been on the game for a few hours, so i think it crashes to refresh itself. I decided to buy a new pc i changed all parts from motherboard, Ram, CPU and the psu as i needed to update, left the hdd and kept the graphics card as it is decent for what i use it for, and both pc's i used this game with would just crash randomly, i thought with getting 32GB of ram an intel i7-9700K cpu 3.60GHz would stop the crashes as they are way better parts then the 16gb of ram and intel core i5 think it was a 4th gen not to mention that keepers are still have the feeding bug and wont feed the jaguars, the jaguars are hungry and when i click on the keeper, the keeper would even say the animals were fine, still adding food to the toy feeders but not the main feeder.

Most memory leaks are caused by a program that unintentionally uses up increasing amounts of memory while it is running. This is typically a gradual process that gets worse as the program remains open. If the leak is bad enough, it can cause the program to crash or even make the whole computer freeze.

someone said that SteamClient Web Helper would use up to 30GB of Memory, eventually resulting in a crash. It's clear that there is some kind of memory leak.

Opting out of the steam beta has fixed all of this. I've been able to get back to maximum graphics with 50+ fps in a 4000+ visitor zoo.

To opt out go to Steam > Settings > Account > Beta Participation.

excuse me, but it's definitely a problem with this particular game, not with steam. I have no other game crashing so often. My specs are above the requirements. And since Tuesday's update the number people reporting crashes has gone up dramatically. And compared to recent weeks many people with medium and high PC specs.
And it's annoying that this company is not able to improve the game, but delivering new issues and bugs with every update so far.

Yes same with mine, I have tried several things (including turning off all overlays, windowing the the game versus full screen, deleting blueprint folder, verifying x7, and then a full reinstall) and 90% of the time I can't even get past the loading screen. If I do get past loading less then ten minutes in it will crash without fail. Until yesterday it played with very few hiccups.

I guess its good I got the community challenge done but still prefer Franchise Mode over Sandbox. :/

this so frustrating its been 3 days since this happened
