Flat Topped Fences?

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? I have the barrier set to flat tops, but this is anything but flat. When I swap between flat and undulating, nothing changes.

lol sorry that is just hilarious. Did you set it to flat before you built or after? You can edit the little poles to get the exact heights you want

I've tried moving the poles up and down individually and as a group. These were barriers that were already in place as part of a career scenario and I'm trying to edit them.

Looks to me like Curved Tops is checked under the little gear icon.

I noticed that I had this with an enclosure I made for big cats where the poles were of varying heights due to habitat terrain. What I did was delete the panel in between and mess around with which pole I made a new panel with.

For me it had something to do with added one way glass panels into a stone barrier. When the viewing side was on the proper side, the top of the panel was all wonky and curved. When I flipped it wrong side out, it was fine.

What I ended up doing was deleting that panel and going the opposite direction. So, looking at your screenshot and pretending its my game, I would delete the panel between the two posts on the left side of the screen. Click on the left pole of the now empty space and try reconnecting to the right pole. If the panel is still all wavy, cancel and try going from the right pole to the left one.


...Hope that isnt confusing. @_@ If it is, I'll try to put in a video or something from my own habitat where I had the issue.

On the barrier menu where you checked flat tops, undulating, etc.. At the top of that screen is a gear looking thing. Click it and there is another sub-menu where you have other settings.
